I learned about this unreliable, fraudulent company one day reading the Miami Herald. All started well until I learned they put me on an automatic monthly payment. It has been an ongoing issue since last year. I tried to communicate with them since the app didn’t have an option to stop monthly auto-renewal then they will recharge my account again, and again. I tried calling them texting them, however I would get an answer very seldom and they would not follow through. A few months after the issue started, Fit2go upgraded their app, I tried accessing it but no luck. The charge continues with no account access and no goods delivery either. I continued trying to communicate with them and nothing. Finally, I had to threaten them with calling authorities and a couple days after they called, then made me wait a couple more days, then the owner (Joshua Gilbert) called me, after dealing with this situation since December 2020 to try persuaded me to stay, I firmly asked him for a refund adding all charges not approved, and never heard back from them. My next stop will be the news paper.
